What is Craniosacral Therapy? 

As a client you will remain fully clothed on the treatment table so please come dressed comfortable. CST is a natural way of helping our bodies rest and recover from the extended periods of stress in todays busy world. CST reduces compression in the head, neck and back. The brain and spinal cord have influence over the body's ability to function properly through the central nervous system so treating the cranial rhythm can alleviate this. The stress endured in day to day life causes our body to compensate and tighten, which distorts the CST system. A CST appointment works to release these restrictions and work towards a healthier nervous system. 

Some common disturbances are:

TMJ
Sinus / Breathing congestion
Musculoskeletal Injuries 
Vertigo 
Chronic Pain

Craniosacral Therapy

Come warm up and relax with a therapeutic hot stone full body massage. They can be incorporated into a therapeutic massage or used stand alone.

Come warm up and relax with a therapeutic hot stone massage. Can be stand alone full body/partial body hot stones or they can be incorporated into a therapeutic massage.

60 min Hot Stone Therapy

Looking for an alternative therapy to add in with your treatment, cupping is the perfect addition! If you would like to try cupping let's talk it over and try it out! They are an easy addition so if they turn out to not be your thing - no worries! We can just continue on without them. I offer a variety of options to incorporate cups in with a treatment specially for you.
