What is Craniosacral Therapy? 

As a client you will remain fully clothed on the treatment table so please come dressed comfortable. CST is a natural way of helping our bodies rest and recover from the extended periods of stress in todays busy world. CST reduces compression in the head, neck and back. The brain and spinal cord have influence over the body's ability to function properly through the central nervous system so treating the cranial rhythm can alleviate this. The stress endured in day to day life causes our body to compensate and tighten, which distorts the CST system. A CST appointment works to release these restrictions and work towards a healthier nervous system.
